Serene 5BR Waterfront Escape - Prestige

The rooms were clean, really good service from the host and it was nicely decorated

I liked everything about the property

The property is a really good size for big families. - pool/ outdoor kitchen was perfect for entertainment and activities - kitchen/ dinning area was a decent size - living area was massive - Was easy to get a hold of Kevin - bedding in rooms were nicely done. - so much room for car parking. - good value for money - massage chair was great!

- the property was not as clean as it could’ve been - lawns were very long/ weeds we’re coming through - the rubbish bins were all full when we arrived - pool area/ outdoor kitchen area was dirty - it appeared that the house is only rented out during certain periods as there were other belongings & food items left around the house. - the toilets weren’t fully equipped with hand soaps and towels. - security cameras on the outdoor and indoor (although the indoor had it “covered”) still felt a bit uncomfortable. - No proper cleaning products I.e toilet cleaners, disinfectant wipes/ sprays just things that could’ve made it easier to clean up. - vacuum wasn’t working/ brooms and mops weren’t very clean to use. - there was an electric fault where the outdoor light was hanging off the ceiling but Kevin rectified the Issue by sending an electrician
