Grand appartement à la campagne, grand, très propre, bien équipé, pas cosy. La route passe devant mais on ne l'entend pas beaucoup (sauf sur la terrasse) car l'appartement donne derrière. Terrasse côté vallée, belle vue partiellement bouchée par un énorme tuya, pas de barbecue (alors qu'il est annoncé dans la description) Accès gratuit au Schauinslandbahn (télécabine) et carte Konus pour prendre tous les transports en commun régionaux (1,70 € par jour et par personne)
Impossible de contacter les propriétaires avant l'arrivée, c'est une plateforme (Holinu) qui gère la réservation (après celle de Booking) Situé au sous-sol de la maison des propriétaires en rez-de-jardin. Les propriétaires habitent au-dessus (on les entend marcher et parler, ils passent aussi devant la terrasse et les fenêtres), manque d'intimité. Le matelas du lit est très dur.
