The Old Scullery

Lovely place. All the rooms were nice and all were well furnished. The location is great- next to a nice bakery and within 5 minutes of most of the town centre shops and restaurants

Only a minor thing, but you are in a basement and the WiFi is poor to non existent. Then again, it’s poor in north Suffolk generally

Beautifully presented and maintained property, in a central town location perfect for visitors to the area. Tony was incredibly accommodating of our last minute request to stay and there was great communication both before and during as needed. There were so many thoughtful touches from toiletries to delicious homemade scones and jam, with milk and butter provided (and totally unexpected). One of the best non-hotel stays we have had. Thank you, and when we are in the area again we will be certain to book again.

A beautifully presented basement apartment with so many extra touches including home made jams and granola bars, different sorts of milk and fresh eggs. The property is clearly loved and has a small garden decorated and planted creatively.

Wi fi needs improving

We had a very enjoyable two night stay at The Old Scullery. The property is very tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The owners left scones and some food provisions which was a really thoughtful touch.
