The property was very close to dubai mall. There was carrefour close and pharmacy which is very convenient.

The sofa bed was very stiff and very painful to sleep on

How could o do all that as someone who came from another county and without an Emirati SIM card..

We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this apartment. The location is extremely central. Through a small pedestrian alley opposite the entrance to the underground parking garage, you can reach Dubai Mall and the famous fountains within a 5-minute walk. For us, this was perfect because you don’t need a car to explore Downtown or visit the Burj Khalifa. The restaurants in Downtown and Souk Al Bahar are also within walking distance. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the tower next door, where you can easily buy groceries or water without needing to use a car. We had breakfast at the bakery right next to the supermarket. A few meters further, there is an Italian restaurant that serves delicious Parmigiana. The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. It is ideal for a couple or a family with one child. However if you use the pull-out sofa as a third sleeping space, it gets a bit tighter, but it is still much more spacious than a typical hotel room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We liked that the household appliances looked very new and barely used. Our daughter was happy to discover a large indoor playroom, which is located next to the gym on the top floor of the tower. The pool was clean and very quiet. Communication with Hi Guests went very smoothly, everything was well organized and our check-in at the reception was quick and easy. We were lucky to meet a friendly concierge who took the time to explain that it’s better to use the entrance from the parking garage when walking to Dubai Mall rather than the main building entrance. He also gave us the above described shortcut tip - otherwise Google Maps would have guided us the longer way around. We would love to book this apartment again.
