Luxury Downtown Skyline Suite with Burj Khalifa View

We spent five days on Palm Jumeirah and then three days in this downtown apartment. Communication with our host, Jay, was excellent. The apartment is on the 8th floor and has a lovely living room with a balcony and a great view of downtown Dubai, including a tiny part of the Burj Khalifa. The kitchen is ok, the bedroom has a nice balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The third room is locked and therefore unusable; there is a guest toilet in the hallway. The two outdoor pools on the ground floor are very nice and clean, and there is a well-equipped gym next to them. There's a small Carrefour supermarket and a Café in the building. The Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain are nearby (about a 10-15 minute walk).

The receptionist wasn't very friendly, gave incorrect information about the building's facilities and check-in times, and refused to store our luggage since we arrived two hours early...not very pleasant. Sorry, Jay, but the view of the Burj Khalifa doesn't match the pictures in the advertisement. Still, it's a very nice view of the rest of the city. The apartment is ideal for two people. We were three adults and had hoped for a third bed. However, the described "sofa bed" is a gray folding chair, similar to a sun lounger, which is unsuitable for an adult, more appropriate for a child or teenager. The third person therefore had to sleep on the (white) sofa.

Perfecta ubicación! La vista del Burj increíble! Hay un supermercado y una cafetería al lado y se camina a La fuente en 12 minutos! Espero regresar!

Todo excelente! Jay nos dejó agua y café! Siempre estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviéramos bien!

Excellent well maintained, clean and modern apartment. Excellent location and view of the Dubai Mall area. Amazing!
