Magnificent Villa of 196m² with 600m² of land, located Avenue des Amazones in Saint Georges de Didonne; as a bonus, a sea view that you can enjoy from the 90m² living room surrounded by its large terrace.
You can comfortably accommodate 6 people thanks to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The relaxation area: The sauna, the rowing machine and the exercise bike.
The jacuzzi is a paid option (350€) and must be ordered at least one week before arrival. The house is composed of a garden level, a half-floor and an upper floor.
You can enter the house from the garden level as well as from the first floor (the main entrance is from the first floor). You can walk to the beach just 1 minute away.
The garden level is composed of two bedrooms which are distributed as follows:
-a bedroom with a 140 bed (for 2 people) with direct access to the relaxation area (sauna and jacuzzi).
- a second bedroom with a 160 bed (2 people).
A bathroom is on the same landing with a walk-in shower and single sink.
The half floor has a third bedroom (the master suite) with a double bed 180 (2 people) and a dressing room. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and two sinks. View from the bedroom directly onto the garden with a private balcony.
Finally, upstairs is the very bright 90m² living room with a sea view, surrounded by a large terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, raclette and stone machine. A large central island in the middle of the kitchen area and a large table in the dining room will allow you to enjoy your meals well seated.
The living room area is equipped with a large television (smart tv?), internet, board games and comfortable seating.
Direct access to the large raised terrace where there is a table to eat and enjoy your beautiful summer evenings as well as the Weber barbecue. Garden furniture and parasol available.
Washing machine available in the property. Pine needles are only collected twice a year for ecological reasons.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge, as well as the beds made.
For stays from 5 nights from July 14, 2026 to 29/08/2026, linen will be offered by the owner. Duvets and pillows available.
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property
Nocturnal noise is punishable by the intervention of the police.
Parking is free of charge in the street.

From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., all departures will be charged at an additional €30.
