The fully stocked kitchen (think fridge, stove, oven, microwave) makes whipping up meals a breeze, while the living room is movie-night-ready with cable TV and Netflix. Want to take it outside? Step onto the patio or balcony and enjoy dinner with a view. We've thought of everything: shared coin or CC paid washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and all the comforts to make you feel right at home. Whether you're beach-hopping, sightseeing, or just lounging with your loved ones (pups included!), this San Diego gem is your perfect home base. Not there is no AC and heaters are provided. THINGS-TO-KNOW: Please note that there is ongoing construction within the building, and some noise may be heard during weekday work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We kindly ask that you ensure you are comfortable with this prior to booking.

The balcony was amazing. We enjoyed a lot of time there. If you plan to cook there are some essential but not the best. Check in process was supposed to be seamless and for some it might be but we were confused on some pieces. That didn’t turn out to be too big a problem as the ability to contact manager and get issues resolved was amazing. Great stay.

We had a great stay in Mission Beach. The unit was very clean and offered a beautiful view, and the location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach.The only downside was the check-in process, which was a bit challenging because we weren’t initially provided with the lockbox code to access the garage. That said, communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful once we reached out.Overall, everything else about the stay was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time here.

The jackhammering and construction on the 3rd floor was awful, this apartment is on the 3rd floor. . If we had know about it we would not have stayed here. The porch furniture was uncomfortable and unsafe. The inside of the apartment was comfortable and the beds were very comfortable.Our pup loved going to the beach for the 1st time. We ate in all the local dog friendly restaurants.
