Our property features multiple apartments, each designed with minimal decoration to provide a private and spacious retreat. Every apartment includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room, and a private bathroom, ensuring you feel right at home. This is an ideal space for family reunions and group gatherings, offering comfort and convenience in one of San Juan's most sought-after neighborhoods.
Guest access
During your stay at Numero Uno Apartments, guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the living area, kitchen, and private bathroom. Additionally, you can enjoy the beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Your stay also includes the use of two sunbeds and umbrellas with waiter service per bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience while you are checked in.

Power outages:
Power outages in this area are not common, however, they happen sometimes. In this case, we provide a backup power generator. Please be mindful of the usage of electric equipment when the generator is in use. If the power outage lasts more than 24 hours, the use of the generator will be rationed.
Please note: Any towels or linens stained with makeup, blood, other bodily fluids, or excessively soiled will incur additional charges for deep cleaning or replacement.
Housekeeping service provided upon request and until 3:00 PM daily.
