cleanliness is the most important factor for me and the unit was excellent in this way. Very clean. 2nd is the beds and the beds were very good. the host was very responsive. my complaints are as follows:there was a dirty plate in the cabinet with the clean dishes.when we arrived there were no pots or pans, extra blankets, sponges or things to wash counters or dishes and only 1/2 roll of paper towels in the unit. It was evening and the host was very responsive and by 12 or 1:00 the next day she had all the missing items delivered.my only other complaint is that we were required to strip the beds, load the washing machine and start it upon leaving, not sure if this is because we requested a late check out which might make sense. we left at 12;30. I've never been asked to do that before. none of these things are deal breakers for me, I would rent this unit again and as problems go, they were small.

The communication was amazing!!! Very comfortable beds, very safe neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
