Property was fantastic, great location, well maintained with lots of nice touches like snacks waiting for us in the kitchen. Property managers were super attentive on communications and ran a first-class operation. We would happily stay at this location again (and we probably will!).

The rental was clean but not well stocked. There was no coffee, no coffee filters, very few drinking glasses, no dishcloths, no bowls for microwave, one small mixing bowl and no serving bowls. When I entered my preferences of VRBO, I stated an entire house, it turned out to be dual family. The description said the bedrooms were on the second story, actually they were on the third story. It failed to mention that you had to go up an entire set of stairs to even get to the living quarters and the bedrooms were the story above that. The outside of the property was unkept. Scrubs were overgrown onto the walkway and steps. The entry door to the foyer had to be heavily forced to push open. Our group has rented several places over the course of 13 years, and this was nowhere near the top of our experiences. Like I said, it was clean and also the furniture was comfortable but that said those were the only positives.
