A quiet haven in the heart of North Devon, this 15th-century former coaching inn is 34 miles from Tintagel Castle, the rumoured birthplace of King Arthur. It has a pool, a gym, and free parking on site.

Woodford Bridge Country Club is a charming thatched building, with a variety of elegant rooms. Each spacious self-catering apartment offers an en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV , and tea and coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi available throughout the resort.
