Naples, Maine, is a picturesque town nestled in the heart of the Lakes Region of Western Maine. It is surrounded by nature, offering a variety of outdoor activities and attractions throughout the seasons. The town's charm is enhanced by its rich history and small-town atmosphere. Naples is known for its scenic views of the lakes and mountains, with eight bodies of water falling within its borders including Sebago Lake, Long Lake, Brandy Pond, Trickey Pond, and Peabody Pond all boasting the beautiful backdrop of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Summer visitors are drawn to the Causeway where they find lots of fun activities by day and spectacular sunsets, bustling nightlife, and restaurants and pubs by night. And no one should miss the chance to cruise Long Lake or travel through historic Songo Lock on a rented boat or cruise on the iconic Songo River Queen. Add in golf, hiking, biking, swimming and fishing and the active outdoor enthusiast will never lack for things to do. In the winter, the lakes and ponds are great for ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing with Shawnee Peak Ski Resort offering day and night skiing just minutes away in the neighboring town of Bridgton.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

• The guest booking the property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI Vacationland Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

• PMI Vacationland utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
