About this cabin rental
Comfortable, two-bedroom, one bath cottage located on the desirable Purple Road. Short walk to the beach (3.5 Mins), restaurant, and activities. Private dead-end street, safe for children.
**Golf Cart Now Available to rent at the start the of 2024 season. Will supply details upon booking.
Point Sebago, if you haven't been, is "glamping" at it's finest. Beach, golf, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, fishing, boating, playground, small splash pad, tons of activities for kids and adults, arcade, restaurant/ tiki bar, ice cream. You name it they probably got it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Summer - (Sat-Sat Only)
Spring and Fall weekends available (3 night minimum)
** Guest Registration fee's paid to Point Sebago upon arrival by guests, $10 per guest / per night **
Both bedrooms have queen size beds. (Bring your own Linens and Blankets)
There is a full size sleep futon in the living area along with Smart TV and Spectrum cable.
The kitchen comes with a small table for four and equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
The freshly rocked yard and patio also comes with a picnic table for outdoor eating. Enjoy toasting marshmallows and smores by your own fire pit!
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

This was our 5th year at Point Sebago and we love the resort so much. We stayed at this property before under different owners and the improvements that the new owners made were amazing and we will be back next year for sure! The location is perfect, the home was beautiful, very clean, had all the necessities and the beds were super comfy. You can tell that they really value their property and their guests. They were so easy to work with and they responded to all questions unbelievably quick. Looking forward to next summer already!

My family of 4 had a great time at this park home. Checkin was easy and site was easy to find. 3 season porch with the extra futon and tv were a bonus for sure. Home was clean and well equipped. Nice fire pit area outback. It’s a lot of walking but I’ve been to point sebago before so I knew that when I booked. Available activities are endless. I would definitely stay here again. Walmart and supermarkets were not too far away. (General store is beyond overpriced.)

We had an amazing family vacation. The house was comfortable and clean. Close to the beach and all of the amenities. The resort was great and there was always something to do for the kids. Great family Vacation spot!
