The contemporary kitchen is fully appointed with a gas cooktop, oven, stainless steel fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, while a stone island with breakfast stools makes casual mornings a breeze. Just steps away, the six-seater dining table and dedicated workspace offer both style and practicality—perfect for families, professionals, or anyone seeking a comfortable, connected space.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are styled for comfort, each with built-in wardrobes and fresh linen to ensure a restful stay. The primary suite includes a king bed, sleek ensuite, and private balcony with leafy views. Two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, share a second bathroom featuring a deep soaking bath, walk-in shower, and vanity. Downstairs, the laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, and outdoor access, along with a guest toilet for added convenience.

Step outside to a sun-filled backyard where you can dine alfresco on the second patio, soak up the fresh air, or enjoy a quiet moment on the grassy lawn. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
