About this apartment rental

Set high above the street, the apartment opens into a calm, light-filled interior where an open-plan layout and contemporary styling create an immediate sense of ease. The living area invites you to unwind with comfortable seating and a large smart TV, flowing seamlessly out to the balcony. Here, an alfresco setting awaits with a built-in BBQ, outdoor kitchen, drinks fridge, and dining area—perfect for long lunches, evening meals, or taking in the city skyline.

The kitchen is both functional and beautifully finished, with stainless steel appliances, generous bench space, and a central island with bar seating for casual moments. A butler’s pantry keeps everything neatly organised, while a coffee machine adds ease to your morning routine. Nearby, the dining area offers a welcoming setting for shared meals.

Each bedroom is designed as a restful retreat, thoughtfully styled for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed that can be configured as two singles on request, along with its own TV, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king bed that can be arranged as two singles on request, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed in a calm, light-filled setting with access to a second balcony. Bathrooms are sleek and spacious, with the main bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower for added ease.

A dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for focus, while a full laundry with a washer and dryer ensures convenience for longer stays. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning runs throughout for year-round comfort, and two secure underground car parks add ease.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Highly Recommend.We did have a little trouble initially locating the property if you didn't know exactly where to look but not a big deal. Awesome property (very secure) and location... walking distance approx 20 minutes into Adelaide Rundle Mall etc. 2 minutes walk to a couple of really nice pubs, coffee shops, convenience store and park. Only thing for me personally l am a light sleeper so could hear the road noise somewhat but you would expect.
