About this house rental
Jubilee Haus celebrates views and open skies in the Beautiful Hill Country. It has 2 bedrooms with king beds, European down comforters and luxury linens. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops overlooks the large living room complemented by a large rock fireplace. The inviting outdoors has 2 porches (one screened and one a lighted pergola), 6 person lighted hot tub, outdoor fire pit & grill, and dining table. If you want to see bluebonnets, they fill the 8 acres each Spring!

LOCATION - 5 miles south of Main St, Fredericksburg, TX
HOST - The guesthouse is private and you'll have it all to yourself. Your hosts have their own separate residence on the property and it is approximately 275 feet from the guesthouse
SLEEPS - Up to 5 people in 2 king bedrooms & a rollaway bed
BATH - 2 baths; One bath w/ a walk-in handicap accessible shower w/ 6 jets and a full jacuzzi tub. A second bath has a walk-in shower.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a traditional coffeemaker
AMENITIES - TV, WiFi, 6 person hot tub, 2 porches (one screened & one a lighted pergola, outdoor fire pit (fire log provided), propane grill, electric fireplace, outdoor seating, washer & dryer, full kitchen, Level 2 EV charger, abundance of wildlife to view

Really quiet, beautiful place to relax, loved the comfy beds, screened in porch was perfect for listening to the birds and watching fireflies. Very convenient into town as well.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful—exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. One of our favorite parts was spending slow mornings on the screened-in patio, sipping coffee and enjoying the calm surroundings. It felt like a true escape from the everyday rush.The home itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for spending quality time with friends. We laughed, relaxed, and made great memories together. If you’re looking for a serene getaway where you can disconnect and just enjoy the moment, this is the place. We’d absolutely come back again!
