About this house rental
Welcome to our early 1900’s home located in the highly coveted neighborhood of Wallace Woods! This house has all the architectural charm of a historic home with the added bonus of an updated kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms.
This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still near the heart of town. You will be a 5-10 minute drive or 2-3 mile walk to hot spots in Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati!

Living room: Equipped with a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and built-in Chromecast
Kitchen: Fully stocked including a Keurig Duo and teapot with complimentary K-cups, coffee grounds, tea bags, sweetener, and creamer
Dining room: Table seats 8
Full bathroom (newly added in 2024)
Private fenced-in backyard

Primary bedroom: King bed! A smart TV with Netflix and built-in Chromecast, blackout curtains, and office space

3rd floor:
Fourth bedroom: King bed!
Fifth bedroom: Queen bed. Equipped with an electric standing desk for additional office space
Basement: Washer and dryer available for use and stocked with detergent and dryer sheets
This is a family friendly property, and we provide plastic dinnerware/silverware and a Pack 'n Play for the little ones. However, please note that it is not child-proof!

PLEASE NOTE that there is street cleaning on Eastern Ave. on Tuesdays – guests will need to move their car/s to avoid getting a ticket.
