    There is no heater not even a portable one we were there an it was 10 degrees overnight we called and messages at 9pm at night for a heater the number on the wall and we were told , that there is no staff there and get a heater in the morning . Yet when we called the phone soemone on the same floor answered it. The sink in the room has green mould or grime and it was like no one has even cleaned the top of it. We had a freezing night and cold and damp in the room. It’s crazy not to have a portable heater in the room
