The beach and the beautiful boardwalk are about 500 meters away and within walking distance.
The living area accommodates 4 people and features a 40-inch LCD TV with digital satellite reception, a DVD player, a soundbar, and an additional radio with a CD player. From here, you have step-free access to your paved, partially covered patio. Comfortable patio furniture is provided there for your relaxation. The living room is equipped with a high-quality sleeper sofa for 2 people (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m).
You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment. From the spacious dining area for 4 people, which is integrated into the kitchen, you’ll have a good view of the TV.
Your bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a sliding-door closet, and a second LCD TV (40 inches).

For a pleasant shower experience, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower (approx. 100 x 100 cm), and a towel warmer.
