Welcome to La Casa del Hijo Del Mar, a serene 2-bedroom, 2-bath family retreat nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the beautiful shores of Playa Jobos and Playa Montones. Whether you’re here to bask in the sun, ride the waves, or simply relax, our home is thoughtfully designed to make traveling with toddlers and kids easy, worry-free, and enjoyable. This is your home away from home, created with little ones in mind. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and refreshing outdoor breezes, all conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and Isabela's stunning beaches. Unwind, recharge, and experience Puerto Rico at its finest!
The Space
• 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms – Sleeps up to 6 comfortably, with extra pull-out beds in the master bedroom and in the living room.
• Toddler-Friendly Amenities – A playpen with a thick, cozy mattress ensures even the littlest guests sleep soundly.
• Fully Stocked Bathrooms – Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, toothbrushes, and toothpaste all provided.
• Laundry Made Easy – Washer/dryer with detergent included, so you can pack light.
Outdoors
Step into the backyard and relax under the beautiful flamboyant tree—perfect for lounging in the hammock with a book or enjoying the breeze. Outdoor seating makes it easy to gather, dine, or just watch the kids play. (Blender provided for homemade Pina Coladas).

We’ve stocked the house with everything you’ll need for a day at the beach:
• Towels
• Snorkel masks
• Beach chairs
• Umbrella
• Cooler
Playa Montones is especially beloved by families for its shallow, protected natural pool area—ideal for toddlers and inexperienced swimmers.
Playa Jobos is a favorite among surfers of all ages.

When you book you never know if you get what you see in pictures. Well this home was so much more. The review from Sandy in Jan 2026 was spot on. I have traveled extensively and this host and her home is one of the best I have ever experienced. It felt like home. I traveled with a senior and the bathroom bars were a surprise & appreciated. You thought of everything. The home is comfortable, spacious, and has everything one needs and more. The area is tranquil and easy to find. "Thank you" does not seem enough but thank you from my family for the positive memories. I wish you well.

All I can say is, WOW! Our stay at Janet's place far exceeded our expectations. First, Janet is an amazing host who has great communication and cares very much about her guests and their needs/comforts. She went over & beyond making sure the house was fully stocked with everything a family would need on vacation including stuff like different strength sunblocks, aloe, body lotions, shampoos & conditioners, toothbrush/toothpaste, medicines (headache, cold & flu, etc), steam iron, shaver, food in the pantry (different types of rice, beans, cooking spices, kids meals, peanut butter, coffee & flavored syrups, plus more). She has games, high chair, porta-crib, all your beach needs (chairs, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, etc). The house is fully loaded. It's in a great location easy to get to local restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. It was very clean and very comfortable. I literally could go on and on. Super impressed and highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back. 5-star all the way!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was exceptionally clean and we were provided with everything we needed. The beach and restaurants were in close proximity. It was in a great location and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful and were very quick in responding. We would definitely stay again in this home.
