About this cottage rental
Sole is a 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage at iL Sognatore, that can sleep up to 8 people. This unique, delightful home has a private balcony, with a hammock, surrounded by grape vines and a lovely view of the garden. There's Italian rustic style inspired kitchen, with everything you need and a living space with TV and WiFi. You can appreciate detailed "old world" handmade woodwork in every corner, while you take in the breeze of the serene tropical landscape. iL Sognatore is peaceful, has safe easy parking inside the compound and it is conveniently located close to the airport and the best beaches in Aguadilla and Isabela.
Sole was recently restructured house with two bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double size bunk bed. There's a futon in the living room where you could accommodate 2 extra guests when needed and the back of the house offers an outdoor shower as well.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed
- Bedroom #2 with a Double Bunk Bed
- Living Room with a futon bed
Other things to note:
- Flight arriving at BQN airport from 1 AM to 3 AM. We'll welcome you at anytime. Remember to book the night before your arrival to secure early check in.
- There is a water rationing in place for the NW of Puerto Rico. il Sognatore has 1200 gallon cistern when city water is turned off. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure even on the off days, but we ask guest to be mindful of their water usage during the off times.
- The host offers private surf lessons, snorkeling tours, and spearfishing.

Clean rooms, air conditioning, fans, family- friendly ,cooking pots,seasonings,utensils. Also fridge/ microwave. Beautiful garden and peaceful environment.

This is our second time staying here. Will definitely return next year. Near beaches and restaurants. Very nice and tranquil place to stay.

Wish we would have had cleaning products so we could have helped clean and a trash can we could throw our collected trash into..other than that it was beutiful

Fabio and his family were very warm and welcoming, and the home is in a great location near Crash Boat Beach. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay.The listing does not clearly state that this is a shared property. The owner lives on the same lot, and there are multiple rentals on-site, meaning you could be sharing the space with other groups. While we didn’t mind this in general, it’s something we would have liked to know upfront, especially traveling with young children. We also had an issue with one of the dogs coming onto the porch and urinating; the owner apologized and cleaned it, but it wasn’t a great first impression.The home is nicely decorated but needs maintenance. Bedroom doors don’t function properly, a living room light shocked me due to faulty wiring, and the kitchen faucet is just a pipe with a valve. The bathroom lighting is poor, making it difficult to use at night.Basic amenities were lacking. After a long trip, there was no soap in the bathroom or towels/paper towels in the kitchen despite being listed. The provided toiletries and kitchen items appeared to be leftover, partially used, and not maintained. Linens are very basic.Lastly, we discovered mice in the ceiling on the last day of our stay. While not in the living space, it’s concerning and should be addressed. We let the owner know once we left.Overall, nice location and people, but the property needs work and the listing needs to better represent the living situation.
