I recently stayed at Hotel Imperial Palace, and overall it was a really pleasant experience that I genuinely enjoyed. Right from the start the hotel gave off a very clean and welcoming vibe. The rooms were neat, well organized, and properly cleaned, which is something I personally value a lot when choosing a hotel The bathrooms were also clean and well maintained and the daily housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything fresh. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They were always ready to support whether it was with check-in, answering questions, or helping with any small requests Their positive attitude and respectful behavior really made a difference and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing It’s the kind of place where you can unwind after a long day without any disturbance The common areas are clean and well managed, and the hotel feels organized and peaceful I also appreciated how professional yet approachable the staff was They genuinely care about guest comfort and it shows in the way they communicate and handle everything Small details like quick responses and courteous behavior made the experience even better Overall my stay at Hotel Imperial Palace was smooth comfortable and stress-free It’s a clean hotel with great service and a supportive team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly staff and I would happily choose to stay here again in the future.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, Imperial Palace Jaipur, which unfortunately turned out to be a very disappointing experience. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in around 11:00 PM, there was only one person present at the reception. I asked if someone could assist us with carrying our luggage to the room, Subject but the receptionist informed us that there was no other staff available in the hotel and that we would have to carry our luggage ourselves. Our booking was for 4 nights, and we had reserved a family room. However, when we reached the room, we were shocked to see that the room was completely different from what was shown online. The room was extremely dirty, there was a very unpleasant smell, and the condition of the bathroom was even worse. I reported this issue at the reception, but unfortunately, there was no response or action taken from the hotel’s side. Additionally, the overall service was extremely poor. I would rate the service 0 out of 5 stars. There is no restaurant available in the hotel, and even basic facilities like drinking water were not provided. When we asked at the reception about drinking water, we were told that there is a shop behind the hotel and that we should purchase water from there. The only positive aspect was the location, which was good. However, the overall experience was very bad due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and absence of basic facilities. Because of this unpleasant experience, we decided to check out after 3 nights, even though our booking was for 4 nights.
