    Room was neat and clean.... Bathroom was also very clean with geyser... AC, TV all were working smoothly.... Very nice hotel and staff was so helpful and polite..... Whenever I'll visit Jaipur, I'll stay in this hotel only! Thank you Guys so much💜

    I got in at about 06:00 PM and stayed till checkout time 11:00 AM the next day. The room and the attached restroom were very clean. The 2 wheeler parking area was inside the gate so it was secure. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall had a good experience.

    The air conditioning was a major issue during my stay. It only had an on/off function, with no option to adjust the temperature. Despite repeated requests to have it fixed, nothing was done. The staff were unhelpful and unresponsive. Access to drinking water was another big problem. Even though it was included in the cost, I had to ask multiple times just to get basic drinking water. The overall environment felt neglected. The locality appeared run-down, and the surroundings didn’t feel clean or comfortable. The check-in and check-out timings (1:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.) seemed designed to encourage extra charges for early check-ins or slightly late departures, which felt unfair given the overall quality. They also charged extra for a “garden view” room, but the view wasn’t worth the additional cost at all. Food options were extremely limited—basically just Maggi and tea. That’s unacceptable for a hotel charging premium rates. The location was a huge disappointment. It was far more remote than advertised. I had chosen the property thinking it would be convenient for sightseeing, but in reality, it was hard to get cabs and travel anywhere. The only slightly positive aspect was the interior cleanliness, which was okay—not great, but not terrible.
