What a great location on the marsh for this rental. The unit is bright and airy on both levels. Morning golf course maintenance a bit noisy. Otherwise this is a peaceful spot. There are some issues however. A Strong mold smell in the kitchen, the dryer needed to run several times to dry clothes even at highest setting, forget about drying towels. The patio table so lumpy it made it hard to find a flat spot to put a glass. The only umbrella is a beach umbrella that wouldn't stay in the holder. An umbrella is a must to sit outside. Addressing these issues would make for a very good place to stay.
