This is a two story villa with the kitchen, dining area and living room all located downstairs with an open floor plan that's perfect for gathering. The living room does have a sleeper sofa to allow 2 more people to sleep. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed and the second bedroom also has a King bed. Both bedrooms each have their own private bath. This unit is close to historic, downtown Fernandina, with its diverse restaurants, shops, and galleries. This beach getaway is a relaxing vista to escape to and a great place to make memories with family and friends!

The property was as described. It was spacious with a great view. We loved all the walking trails. I would have preferred to be closer to the beach. The property was the furthest south we had ever stayed on the island, so it was fun to explore new places.

We have been visiting the island for years and used Amelia Rentals on many occasions. Our recent visit was lovely. Our condo was comfortable and nicely furnished and supplied. The reservation process was simple and easily accomplished with a short lead time.
