Everything was excellent about this property! From location, to layout, to check-in and check-out!! I cannot suggest a better place if you are going to Jax Beach. Everything you could need is within walking distance, and the part of the beach you will be at is excellent and not very crowded. Again, this is the best place.

This condo was great. The perfect get away. If you love watching and hearing the waves crash onto the shore while having your morning coffee, this is your place. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great beaches for walking or nice sidewalks if you prefer. The space was clean, comfy and well stocked in the kitchen if you, like we, prefer to cook in once or twice. We will definitely be back.

It’s a cute lil condo. It’s out dated but in a cute way. My only negative was water pressure in shower. Ate breakfast on my porch every morning and watched the ocean.

Positives: location, sunrise, cleanilinessNegatives: While the renovations are a positive, it has not been finished. Needs new pots and pans, knives, coffee table, door repainted and opening of door working . The water pressure in the bath is terrible and although there was a problem with the kitchen sick, that was addressed.
