Very clean 3/1 house 4 blocks to Jax Beach. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and Baptist Beaches Hospital.
We love the location! Only 4 blocks to the Pier. Walk, bike or drive to the beach activities and restaurants. All the services close-grocery store, doctors, veterinarians, dentists only a few blocks away. Mayo Clinic approximately 4miles away.
Located in a residential neighborhood- suitable for families and groups. Plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy but not suitable for parties/loud music.

Home was clean and host was very nice, and it was a great location for the things we needed while there and close to the beach. It was a great experience. The ironing board in bedroom was great as we were there for a formal wedding

The big plus about this property is the proximity to the beach (3 blocks) and to shops and restaurants (1-2 blocks). The outside shower is also helpful to rinse off sand before entering the house.
The house itself is nice - has parking for 2, possibly 3 cars, and capacity for 7 or 8, but only 1 bathroom, which can make for some logistical challenges. The sitting/eating area is also somewhat limited (one small 2-person table and a 2-stool counter). Amenities are basic, and they all work. The exterior (siding, soffits) could use a little TLC.
The owner/manager was responsive and accommodating. All told, we had a nice time.
