Q: How does the reservation get transferred to me?
A: Marriott Vacation Club releases guest confirmations at the 60-day mark before check-in. At that time, I’ll update the reservation with your name, and Marriott will email you a confirmation directly. From there, you’ll check in at the front desk just like any other Marriott guest — simple and seamless!
Q: Will my name be on the reservation?
A: Yes. Once we’re inside 60 days of arrival, the reservation will show under your name, and Marriott staff will welcome you as a full resort guest with access to all amenities!
Q: Is this a full condo with kitchen?
A: The suite includes a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker). For full kitchens, the 2BR villas are required — this suite is ideal for light meals, snacks, and drinks.
Q: How many people does the suite sleep?
A: The suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests — 1 king bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sofa bed in the living area.
Q: Are resort amenities included?
A: Yes! As a guest, you’ll enjoy full access to all Marriott Maui Ocean Club amenities: pools, spa, fitness center, restaurants, kids’ activities, and direct beach access.
