This villa-style duplex went up in 2022, and it shows in every corner: crisp white trim, a soft ocean-toned palette of blues and sandy neutrals, and furniture that hasn't had time to wear in yet. There's no second floor to climb and no stairs to fight with a cooler or a stack of beach towels, just one easy, open flow from the front door through the kitchen and living room and straight out to a screened pool that's entirely yours. A cement partition splits the pool deck from the attached half of the duplex next door, so even though this villa shares a roofline with a neighbor, the water, the lanai, and the quiet are all yours alone.

The home is close to all that Palm Coast and Flagler Beach have to offer. It was a little cool temperature wise for us to use the pool. It was great to have the option if it had been a little warmer.
