Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.
Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.

This is a relatively new home that is spacious and comfortable. It was just my wife and myself other than a weekend and our adult kids came for a visit. Everything in the place worked as it should. One of the real positives is the kitchen, which included a blender, convection oven and a Keurig coffee maker. There were also plenty of good quality glasses, dishes, silverware and cooking supplies. My wife and I both noticed how impeccably clean things were when we arrived. We stayed for a month and started to feel it was uncomfortable. Within a day the property managers replaced! All of the people from Itrip were amazing and made our stay a great one,

Lovely place that’s big enough for the 7 of us! Located right in the center of everything and just minutes from the beach. Perfect for home away from home, every year!
