Opportunities are endless at this ocean-front sea watch villa townhome, located just steps from the cinnamon-colored Atlantic ocean beach and situated on the west side of A1A in the small coastal town of Flagler Beach, one of Florida's best-kept secrets. Just one-and-a-half miles north of the Flagler Beach pier, this vacation gem is famous for fishing and surfing, and the quaint downtown area is teeming with oceanfront dining, shopping, nightlife, bike and hiking trails, and a weekend farmers market. A place where time has stood still, offering no signs of urban development, where the beaches are secluded, the fishing is fabulous and the surf is family-friendly.
With an unobstructed view of the Atlantic ocean, the lower-level living space is open and inviting. Look out through the sliding glass doors from a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-size bed. There is a 50-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a DVD library for your movie viewing pleasure. If you wish to cook while on your vacation, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare your meals while looking out onto the blue horizon and then dine from a table with four chairs. Easy care tile floors and the renovated downstairs bathroom with a bath/shower combo offer easy accessibility after a long day playing at the beach. The lower-level oceanfront patio is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cool beverage or glass of wine while watching the waves roll in from one of the patio chairs.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. the main suite features a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a direct ocean view balcony, where you can watch the sunrise from the bed or sit out on the balcony. What better way to get your vacation mornings off to a sunny start? The second bedroom has a queen bed and a closet and a small TV can be shared by both bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom, also renovated offers a spa look and feel with a large step-in shower. The new hickory wood floors on the second level give this cute townhome a modern feel of comfort and style.
The driveway located on the west end provides assigned parking and access to the utility garage where you will find a washer and dryer, a BBQ, one bike, beach chairs, and a private entrance into this townhome-style condo. The Sea Watch villa pool is quiet and uncrowded offering ocean views while sunbathing in one of the available lounge chairs.A1A thru Flagler Beach was named Florida's most scenic road with miles of unobstructed ocean views due to 'no high rise condos' invading the beach. Property was very convenient for walking to beach and the town of Flagler. I think it’s in need of a little love on the inside closet louvres we’re out of tracks on several doors, there was a bicycle in the garage but tires were pretty flat and no signs of a pump anywhere but overall a good stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. They have everything you could need. In the garage was a wagon, to take things to the beach, and there were beach chairs. The location was great, directly across from the beach. We loved having coffee on the balcony looking at the beach. They even had beach towels.

Great location! We only had to cross the street to access the beach, where we were often alone. Very quiet!
The property is older and could use some minor updating/repairs (broken electrical outlets/switches, squeaky/hard to open doors, clean the inside of kitchen drawers/cabinets). The bedrooms & living room are quite spacious! The kitchen appliances are older but they work fine. The property itself met our needs perfectly and the location couldn’t have been better!
We were, however, disappointed with the property management. Called to report at check-in that the bathroom light & fan switch was broken & unable to turn off. Was told that the local management would be contacting me but never did. Even followed up with an email but no response so it remained on for our entire stay. They also need to update the listing- pictures showed different size beds in rooms & some parts of the write up were inaccurate. I’d prefer to deal directly with the owners when renting in the future.

Needed some maintenance, broken light switches, loose or open wall plugs. Old food in cabinet and freezer. Counters in kitchen had sand all over them. Other than that it was a beautiful view, great location, quiet, and steps away from the beach.
