About this house rental
Spectacular oceanfront town home! Well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom villa with a hard to find garage! Bottom floor features a spacious living and dining room, kitchen with walk out sliding glass door to an open patio overlooking the beautiful Atlantic. The second floor features the master bedroom with king size bed for comfort. Enjoy the sun rise on your private master balcony. Guest bedroom has two twin beds & private balcony as well for a wonderful sunset. Living room also features a love seat with full size bed.
The garage features a BBQ grill and full size washer and dryer. Come enjoy everything this villa and our quaint town of Flagler Beach has to offer!
We are happy to accommodate Official Service Dogs but not Emotional Support animals in our temporary housing units, in accordance with federal and state laws.

The location and condo itself look like the photo and the patios/furniture are awesome. Its truly the perfect location for beach, pool and going into town. We spent 70% of our time at home on upper deck or at pool. The owners have thought of everything from bikes to beach wagon with umbrella & chairs & having a garage was great..
The problem we had was the quality of cleaning (i ran the vacuum and cleaned many surfaces to feel comfortable) and appliances are older or broken in some way (stove & dishwasher bottom drawer are both broke and dvd player doesnt work nor are the tv's smart for streaming).
With above said we would stay again because the good outweighed the bad in numerous ways.
