This property is in a great location with relatively easy access to the snowflake lift.
The house layout of three bedrooms -1 king and 2 queen was exactly what we were looking for with our family group of 5 adults, however the hot tub is only a 2 or very cozy 3 person one. Not ideal.
In addition the hot tub and surrounding area is in need of clean up and maintenance.
The gas fire is also in need of maintenance as is the dishwasher kick plate. The fridge needs multiple replacement shelves in the door and as for the placement of the TV in the living room, it really isn’t set up to be watched.
We own our own rental property so know well that these sorts of experiences can truly affect the whole vacation experience.
A little TLC would go a long way.
