About this apartment rental
This is a (3) bedroom that consists of (2) full size bedrooms plus a Studio bedroom. Full size kitchen plus the Studio has a kitchenette and covered parking. Both Living Room and Studio have pull out beds with a total of (10) persons for sleeping. Fire place for cozy evenings. Kitchen with granite countertops and fully equipped for cooking in.
Grand Timber Lodge has the most amenities of any resort in Breckenridge. It is next to the ski lift and a short distance from downtown, which is filled with excellent restaurants and beautiful strolling.
The resort has a spa, wonderful indoor/outdoor pools, movie theater, and an athletic club with classes. Breckenridge is a perfect place for families with many activities for children including sleigh rides!.
You don't need to drive your car once parked in garage. Grand Timber Lodge has a circulating shuttle bus that delivers and picks up anywhere in town you request.
There is a car plug in station!

Problems 1st: Gave us key cards that did not work. On-line view photos not accurate. No map of lodge passageways.No local stores map. Key cards to garage door walkway did notwork. In room thermostat regulator did not work. Needed to use fans, open doors & shut off thermostat

We were 3 families on the trip with kids of all ages and we have an amazing vacation in Breck. This condo was huge and very confortable so we all have the right space for rest. We all aprecciate the 3 spacious bedrooms plus the lots of space for hanging the ski clothes, and also the attention of the owner was very kindlly. Congratulations for your property, great building with the main pool and jacuzzis infront, just few steps from the restaurant, all just as you told me and more... We love the easy acces to the slopes... Its a really ski in and out. Thanks for everything!!
