Esplanade location with stunning sea views in a very quite spot
We are actually closer to the beach than other Esplanade listings but without the busy road at the front of the listing
Look for Kangaroos in virgin bush land over our sealed track not at cars bikes pedestrians etc

The property is in a perfect location for a beach, winery, bush walking and discovery day trip holiday
The beach, (which you can drive onto) is a short stroll, the first cellar door ( Stonehouse) is 6 minutes drive away, you are then only a few minutes to Battle of Bosworth at Willunga, don't miss the other 7 that are on the way though, Gemtree is 15 minutes from there, but you will find another 66 cellar doors and 150 vineyards along the way as well as some 59 restaurants/cafes on lovely quite roads with vineyards as far as the eye can see in some places.
Our beach house has fully reverse cycled air conditioned can accommodate 10 people in comfort, upstairs has a king bed in bedroom 1. 2 single beds in bedroom 2 ....downstairs has a king in bedroom 3,... A double and a bunk bed (2 single beds) in bedroom 4
Both floors have bathrooms and toilets, washing machines and dryers in the laundry cupboards, large lounges, dinning tables a large deck with 8 seat outside tables, Webber BBQ, breakfast bars, large fridges, dishwashers, ovens, gas cook tops, milk frothers, Espressy coffee machine, toasters, kettles, hair dryers, washing machines and dryers in the laundry cupboards. Fast fibre to the premises WI-FI, and smart TV's in the lounges with Netflix and U-Tube
We are an easy 45 minute drive from Adelaide.
The south has Deep Creek Conservation Park, some magnificent wild beaches ( 4 wheel drives can drive from Goolwa to the Murray Mouth along a beautiful, truly wild, coastline (similar to the Oregon coast) well worth the effort but check weather and tide conditions before you go! )
Visit Hindmarsh Island at Goolwa, Victor Harbour, (Granite Island and the Penguin Colony) Surf beaches at Middleton, ......holdout for a lunch of fish and chips at The Flying Fish located on the beach at lovely Horse Shoe Bay
To the north is Port Willunga ( great beach with a cafe) Maslins Beach...(venture too far south along Maslins and you'll find Australia's first nudist beach) a bit further on is Moana Beach with sea front cafe's, you can also drive on the beach there..then further on is Port Noarlunga, a small beachfront township with a couple good cafe's
Additional communal facilities include a large BBQ on grassed play-area and a swimming pool.
