Retreat to Sellicks Beach in a spacious 2 storey beach house with plenty of room and sea views, 2 fully equipped kitchens, large balcony, beautiful large undercover entertainment area. Garage has billiard table that goes out to entertainment area. Family friendly home and a great home for families to enjoy time together but still have their own space
Suitable for 2-3 families or multiple couples.5 large bedrooms. Refer to bedroom configuration to ensure it suits your group.
Walk approx.600m to the beach.
On property parking for 6 cars fully paved, and the large balcony overlooks the beautiful blue waters of Sellicks Beach one of Adelaide’s cleanest and iconic drive-on beaches..

Great location if you want to visit Aldinga, Port Willunga, Maclaren Vale Wine region and Victor Harbour.Close to the iconic Victory Hotel, Berg Herring Wines, Aldinga Central for your shopping needs, local Greek takeaway and dine-in restaurant- Ithaca, on the Sellicks Beach Esplanade The local General Store is next to Ithaca, on the esplanade. Sellicks Beach is approximately 50 minutes from the CBD, and is one of Adelaide's best drive on beaches.
Come and relax in this beautiful family beach house or discover this district which is full of surprises. It is close enough for a day trip down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries & restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victorj Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island isn’t far away. Aldinga Central is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and you will find Coles and Woolworth, and numerous speciality shops and cafes.
Aldi is now open on the Main South Road. The Victory Hotel is a few minutes drive as well.

The property is fully fenced off so children can enjoy the backyard. The backyard is full of greenery with a number of trees and veranda for shade. There is a BBQ , weber, and 2 tables which seats 6 people on each. Alternatively you can entertain on the large balcony where you get beautiful views of the hills and the blue waters of Sellicks Beach.

Dora and Mario’s house was a superb choice for our family 80th holiday celebration. It is so well stocked, you honestly feel like you are at home. We needed for nothing. The hosts have thought of everything and have spare and extra in every cupboard. Our hosts were extraordinarily kind and generous and accommodating for our specific requests. The house is an easy 500m walk to the beach and with kitchen and living spaces both up and downstairs allowed time together and separate spaces. We would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying here. It is a gem.

Lovely property and host.
House had everything you need, cleanliness and plenty of fruit trees which was great to eat.
Not very far from victor habour and surroundings.
Would come back and visit definitely.

If you want high end lovely spacious holiday home with all the amenities this is your place! Exceptional presentation and facilities, multiple living spaces and within walking distance to the beach. Always my pick for a large group

All 9 of us in our family stayed in this house for our family Easter getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spotless, everything in it you need and Dora the host was lovely. Great house and spot to spend a few days together. Thank you!
