There is no lifeguard on duty and you’re swimming at your own risk. The homeowner is not responsible for any injuries caused on the property. By renting this property you are agreeing to all home rules.

What a wonderful home and a wonderful stay! Every bit of the description matched this beautiful place and its incredible location.We arrived with another couple for a 3-day Spring Training adventure and were captivated by the home as soon as we stepped through the door. Everything was spotless and smelled incredible. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the spacious living room, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen offered everything we needed to make our own meals, including plenty of pots and pans, condiments, spices, and seasonings, along with some frozen food and a ton of hot drink choices. The backyard was a bonus. The view is spectacular, and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet. The weather was a bit too cool to swim, but it was nice to dip our toes in after a long day of baseball. There's plenty of seating outside, whether at the large round dining table or at the bar near the BBQ and outdoor television (both have fire features). Extra chairs and loungers were available as well, and everything is incredibly well-maintained.Our hosts were exceptional. The communication was easy and thorough, and there's even a QR code for the WiFi, which made logging on and casting to the televisions a breeze.I would not only recommend the Norberg's home, but I would gladly return for another stay.Thanks for a lovely experience!

Our host was very welcoming and communicative. The house is beautiful with a great view. Easy to cook our own meals if we wanted as everything you would need was available. Very clean and attractive home.
