About this house rental
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch south of Goodyear, AZ, featuring a heated salt-water pool and spa on a premium view fenced lot! The open concept, 2350 sq ft, one-level floor plan is perfect for gatherings and relaxing. Our home has been meticulously maintained and is non-smoking. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, large island and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, new TV, outside patio/pool access, ensuite bathroom with two sinks, tub, separate shower, private toilet and large walk-in closet. The second bath is shared with the two guest bedrooms and includes a tub/shower combo with two sinks. The guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The backyard has a covered patio, built in natural gas BBQ grill and sparkling heated salt water pool, spa and water features and is perfect for viewing fabulous sunsets. If pool heating is desired the fee is $30/day. The over-sized garage provides covered parking and storage.
Near by attractions are: Phoenix International Raceway (NASCAR) and Goodyear Ballpark, home to Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians spring training. NHL, NFL, NBA and MLB stadiums - 30 minutes. Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport via I-10 - 35 minutes.

The hot Tub was nice after walking all day. athe pool was refreshing on the 90 days every day we were there. We cooked steaks and burgers a couple of time.
