About this house rental
You’ll be staying in an open-concept home that has been lovingly renovated and furnished. The entryway, guest restroom, kitchen, and dining area are all located on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped to meet virtually every need. An open staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the living and sleeping areas, complete with a walk-in closet and a separate bathroom.
You can park your vehicle right in front of the property. A separate storage room is available for shared use, e.g., for storing bicycles.
The arrangement of the vacation home, a residential house, the ceramics workshop, and a tall iron gate forms a nearly enclosed courtyard with various seating areas. An adjacent vegetable garden reflects the hosts’ interests and provides a green oasis. Bicycle and hiking trails along the Mangfall River and through the adjacent riparian forests invite you to enjoy a variety of activities. The opportunity to create small clay objects in the workshop—provided you have a solid foundation of basic skills and by prior arrangement—can enrich your stay.
The location is an ideal starting point for excursions into the nearby Bavarian and Tyrolean mountains. Thanks to the excellent transportation infrastructure, day trips to Salzburg, Innsbruck, or Munich can also be taken by car or train. The accommodations are also conveniently located for a visit to the “Messe München” exhibition center in the eastern part of the state capital.
