This is a 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a traditional Viennese building without an elevator. With 56m² of space, it comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. Located in the 15th district, it offers easy access to Wiener Stadthalle, Lugner City Mall, and excellent connections via Westbahnhof station (U3 & U6 metro, trains, trams).
The bedroom features one double bed and a sofa bed, allowing up to 4 guests to stay together. A dining table with two chairs provides a space for meals or light work. There is no Smart TV or wardrobe available in this apartment, keeping the setup simple but functional.
Please note that there are no windows inside the apartment, which means you won’t get direct natural light, but this also makes the space more insulated from street noise. The building is in a lively area, but inside the apartment you’ll find a calm atmosphere.
The apartment includes a private kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, and cooking essentials such as pans, cutlery, dishes, and utensils, so you can prepare meals at home.
