Welcome to Puerto Vallarta, Zona Romantica where luxury awaits in this exquisite 6th floor Penthouse, 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condo spanning 2800 square feet! Boasting breathtaking ocean, city and mountain views. This meticulously maintained complex features a beautiful 7th floor roof top infinity pool, hot tub, BBQ, comfortable outdoor lounging spaces, and a well equipped work out facility. Secure underground parking for one medium size vehicle and elevator service to all floors. The property is secure and gated with 24 Hr on site security. For easy access, guests will be provided keys to the amenities, a remote for the garage and 2 sets of keys to the unit. Easy Check-in/Checkout with onsite staff!
Conveniently located, it's a mere 7 minute walk to the Zona Romantica, via Aquacate see the stairway direct to market! Or walk along Pulpito to the beach. Secure garage parking and extra parking by the building!Shop locally and within walking distance at the Emiliano Zapata market for all your produce and meats or catch a ride via Uber or Taxi to the gorgeous La Comer Market or Costco.
The unit consists of 2 King ensuite bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with work desk and another guest bath. Fabulous Living Room with sliding glass walls to let in the breeze and enjoy the views, well equipped kitchen and large covered outdoor terrace with comfortable seating. AC is available in the living/kitchen areas and all bedrooms. Complimentary toiletries, including shampoos, body wash, conditioner, and sumptuous towels, including beach towels.
The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing chef-worthy meals, including toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle, plus stainless steel cooking pots and pans and all utensils. Ninja blender, and food processor too! Basic spices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar are available to get you started!
Our condo is within walking distance to everything in the Zona Romantica. If you want to venture out farther and don't have a car Ubbers and Taxis are always just minutes away.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The views were breathtaking, and the condo was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was truly fit for a chef, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like shampoo in the bathrooms and plenty of soft towels. Plenty of beach towels as well. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome gift—wine, a kitchen trivet, coffee, and a beautiful handwritten note—which made our stay feel extra special. We have stayed in many condos throughout the years of visiting Puerto Vallarta and this one clearly sets the bar very high.The host, was excellent with communication and made everything easy. We truly loved the condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!Thank you Janine and Mark
