The standalone mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is popular due to its sunny location by the water. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. According to the hygiene and safety regulations on the campsite, gas and/or charcoal are not permitted for fire safety reasons. However, a small electric grill is available.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 29 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with dinette. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds and (appropriate under 11 years). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove and refrigerator (freezer). 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

Just a few kilometres from the enchanting city of Lecce and with excellent connections to Brindisi and Bari airports, the campsite is the ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday with crystal-clear waters, golden beaches and Mediterranean flair. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and a car park in the locality. The car park is at a certain distance from the mobile home, but unloading luggage is permitted approximately 400 metres from the mobile home.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Experience moments of pure relaxation in the pool area, ideal for adults and children. Opening period: June to September. Swimming caps are mandatory.
