This home is one of four units on the property. Parking is shared with other guests — please be mindful and respectful at all times.
Visitors are allowed but must be disclosed in advance. We have a strict no-party policy. Undisclosed guests or visitors will result in a $500 fee per person.
Pets are welcome! Please clean up after them. If additional cleaning is needed due to pet mess, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for each smoking incident.

We do not allow filming or commercial photography without prior written approval.
Bookings require $200 security deposit and ID verification. The deposit is fully refundable within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.
