Welcome to Glass Garden Villa! Relax in this spacious ground-floor 3-bedroom apartment in Nob Hill. 3 large bedrooms with king beds, 2 upgraded full bathrooms, upgraded granite/stainless kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit make this a perfect get-away for a family or group of friends!
Location: Close to everything! 0.9 mile to New Mexico Fairgrounds, 1.3 miles to University of New Mexico, 1.7 miles to UNM Hospital, 2.2 miles to Kirtland Air Force Base, 3.2 miles to VA Hospital, 3.5 miles to Downtown/Convention Center, 3.7 miles to Albuquerque Sunport, 4.8 miles to Old Town Albuquerque.

The living room has a smart TV, books and board games, and plenty of comfortable seating. Living room opens to a large private backyard with patio furniture. Dining area features a table that seats 4, plus additional seating at the bar.
Kitchen is a delight with lots of granite counter space, high-end appliances, and all the kitchen items you might want, including both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig (with K-cup pods included).
Master bedroom: King bed, full attached tile/granite bathroom with tub/shower, smart TV, double closet
Second bedroom: King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet
Third bedroom: King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, back yard access

Parking: off-street parking for several vehicles in driveway, and ample free street parking on a quiet residential street
