Das Team hat uns schnell geholfen als wenige Tage vor Ankunft klar wurde, dass unser Appartement wegen eines Verkaufs nicht verfügbar war. Wir haben direkt ein neues, größeres Appartement erhalten. Dies war perfekt, sauber und voll ausgestattet. Das Resort ist absolut zu empfehlen (Pool (inkl.), Golf, Strand, Tennis, Paddle, Supermarkt, usw.) und sehr hübsch angelegt. Ausflüge von dort sind vielfältig möglich. Man muss aber wissen, dass die Ostküste von Big Island deutlich karger ist als die Westküste (eher subtropisch/Regenwald). Dafür sind hier eher die weißen Strände. Ein Mietwagen ist übrigens quasi zwingend erforderlich, um sich fortzubewegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenso rar wie Taxi und Uber.
Alles hat reibubgslos funktioniert.
