We had a very nice stay in this minicondo. Facilities were just right for 2 people. Many aged or disabled persons would have difficulty accessing the loft where the best mattress was, but a hide-a-bed could have been used. The host was very responsive to questions. A/C with greater capacity would have been nice but most of the year probably would be totally unnecessary. Appliances all worked well.
