This condo sits a few blocks south of the heart of downtown Ketchum, within a half-mile of restaurants, cafes, apres-ski spots, and all sorts of conveniences. You'll be on the bus route, half a mile north of the River Run Day Lodge at Baldy, and less than three miles from the gentler slopes of Dollar Mountain. Back at home, you'll have access to a community hot tub and on-site laundry facilities for your outdoor gear.
After a day of alpine adventure, come home to a space inspired by the great outdoors. Cozy up on the living room sofa, stream a favorite movie on TV and toast your toes in the warmth of the fireplace with its wall-to-wall stone facade.
In the sparkling summer months, step outside onto the patio to get the gas grill going for a barbecue in the fresh air. Come winter, prepare your favorite hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down to enjoy them in the eat-in dining space. The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of River Run and the Gondola. Well stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals; extra sheets and blankets and many cleaning supplies. Checking in was very much a n issue. The e lock code did not open the door. After calling management the woman I spoke with gave a new code which also was not functioning. The provided code for the backup lock box also failed. She provided a new code which also failed. She said she would send someone to assist. After nearly an hour I called back and spoke with the same person who was not helpful. I then tried a chat conversation which usually are to no avail. Surprisingly shortly after initiating that conversation I received a voice call form a person who was quite helpful. He confirmed the codes provided were incorrect. He provided a code for the back up lock box which worked. He suggested using that key for the remainder of our stay which we did. Other than the lengthy time it took to gain access to the property all else was very nice.

It was so nice to be able to walk to go skiing. I also enjoyed the 15 minute walk to restaurants. The condo was clean, bed was comfy. The front door keypad was annoying (long, not a code I could memorize, and small sensitive buttons).

The living room fireplace, which is why we booked the propery, did not work. Two lights were broken and the blinds inoperable in bedroom. This property is in need of repair—under cabinet lights in kitchen did not work. Requested maintenance went unanswered—this property was not worth the top dollar we paid. This was a most disappointing stay and such a negative on our time in Sun Valley.
