Die einzeln stehende, 2005 erbaute und 2020 renovierte Villa ist modern und im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.
