L'emplacement du gite , le parking , le calme , beaucoup de placards et de possibilités de rangement, le bureau pour éventuellement utiliser un ordinateur, la literie excellente ; un propriétaire (sympathique) à l'écoute pour résoudre les quelques petits problèmes concrets.
La salle de bain trop petite (peu fonctionnelle), pas assez de casseroles (ou autres) adaptées aux plaques de cuissons électriques, pas assez de produits ménagers , pas de balai ou de pelle ni de chiffon ; une télévision complexe à mettre en route
