About this house rental
Newly redecorated and very bright, the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 200 m from shops selling everyday essentials (bakery/pastry shop, butcher/delicatessen, tobacco and newsstand, supermarket, pharmacy...).

The House:
On the first floor:
KITCHEN: fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop, espresso machine (Senseo brand), kettle, dishwasher... Tablecloth and dish towels provided.
THE 15 m² TERRACE is accessible from the kitchen and opens onto a garden. It gets morning sun and is furnished with a table and garden chairs.
A BARBECUE is available for your use.
THE PERGOLA allows you to enjoy a comfortable lunch in the shade if you wish. In the evening, the terrace is naturally shaded.
THE STORAGE ROOM is equipped with shelves, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board.
THE LIVING ROOM, measuring 23 m², is very bright.
ONE BEDROOM with a 140 cm double bed, nightstands, and a large closet with a shelf and hanging space.
TOILET.
THE GARAGE is limited to parking two-wheeled vehicles.
Upstairs:
1 BEDROOM with a 160 cm double bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a large closet with hanging space.
1 BEDROOM with 1 90 cm single bed, a nightstand, and
a dresser.
Bedding is provided free of charge.

Had a very good experience, Edwige was super fast in replying to all messages, answered all questions I had, welcomed us at the property and in general was superb host.
Property had a very good location, and turns out very convenient for us as was located 5 minutes away from my husband’s cousin; clean house with all necessities available. Quiet residential area, in a walking distance to shop, superb pizza restaurant and boulangerie.
Highly recommend to book this property!

Lovely stay although we had problems finding it- road was closed and we were redirected.
We wish we had longer to enjoy the area and house.
